Chinese boxing, which is more commonly referred to as Kung Fu, can be clearly categorized into four groups:

(Click the images below for more info on each group)

Punching

When we mention punching we actually refer to many open & closed hand forms & techniques. Our White Crane style is a short range fighting style & is where you will find many of our hand forms & techniques. The practitioner sticks to their opponents upper limbs, restricting their ability to strike; always looking for an opening to unleash their deadly fists!

Kicking

In contrast to our White Crane fighting style where the practitioner fights in the short range relying on their fists, our Long Fist fighting style is a medium to long range fighting style where the practitioner keeps his opponent at a distance. This allows them to unleash their specialty: an array of deadly kicks!

Wrestling

Chinese fast wrestling (Shuai Jiao) is a special kind of martial art technique used to throw or take down an opponent very fast. This art shares many similarities with other wrestling styles, especially traditional Chinese wrestling and Japanese Jujitsu and Judo. This is no surprise because Shuai Jiao’s foundation is based on traditional Chinese wrestling, and traditional Chinese wrestling influenced Jujitsu and Judo.

Locking

To the untrained eye Chin Na techniques are used in Chinese martial arts to control or lock an opponent's joints or muscles/tendons so they cannot move, thus neutralizing the opponent's fighting ability. However, there is so much more to Chin Na.
